Halloween Candy Tins

These are the candy tins my kids and I made for their teachers for Halloween. The tins are from the dollar isle at Target. They are then just filled with floral foam and covered with card stock that we went through the paper shredder and crumpled up (my son LOVED that job!) The candy bars are hot glued on craft sticks (be careful not to melt your candy). The owls and Halloween greetings are glue dotted on pencils and all stuck into the floral foam. These were pretty easy and fun to make.

Stamps: Batty for You (p 26 Stampin Up Catalog), Sweet Centers (p 60 Stampin Up Catalog)

Punches: Owl Punch, Scallop Circle, Circle Punches (p 212-213 Stampin Up' Catalog)

Have a great weekend :)

6 Sided Christmas Box

Ha! I told you I would make it back today! I am still working on getting my craft room cleaned back up so I can get some new things made.

Here is just a quick 6 sided box I put together. It uses two of the Milk Cartoon Dies (minus one side each) put together.

The stamp sets are Christmas Lodge, and Petite Pairs, and the paper is Letter's to Santa.

See you tomorrow :)

Party Favor Boxes

I'm Back! I'm Back! I know I have been missing in action for over a month, but now I'm back! My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a week in Jamaica, then off to tailgate at the homecoming game at the University of Idaho, a run in with the flu, a stamp class, and my mom's 2 day holiday stamp camp! Ok so enough with the excuses. How about some new ideas!!!

These are the party favor boxes my mom and I made for her Holiday Stamp Camp. We do two camps a year at her house and we always make something for the stampers to keep their cards in. This year we used the boxes and the ribbon off the Stampin Up Clearance Rack to put together these cute little boxes. We just added some paper to the top and put together some tags to hang on the front. These were pretty easy to make, and good thing, since we made FORTY of them! We had a lot of fun both days catching up with old friends and making some new. The stamps set used on these tags are (from left to right) Festive and Fun (p 38 Stampin' Up Holiday Mini), Christmas Lodge (p 29 Holiday Mini) Snow Much Fun (p 35 Stampin' Up Catalog), Pines & Poinsettias (p 21 Holiday Mini) Easy Events (p 57 Stampin' Up Catalog), Season Of Joy (p 33 Stampin' Up Catalog) The tag shape is from the Two Tags die cut (p 222 Stampin' Up Catalog)

Thanks for stopping by today! I promise I am back for awhile now and will be checking in tomorrow!
